Termination of ECMO activities, after 25 years of successfully organising Classic Motocross both Classic European Championships and Classic Motocross des Nations, we will now stop organising. The ECMO which was founded in 2000 by Christer Carver, Jos Verweij and Herman Leunen with the support of the various country representatives and organisers sees the enthusiasm of clubs, country representatives and riders disappearing. It has also become apparent that there is little to no interest in supplementing or succeeding the board. The demand for the participation of ever younger bikes and riders ignores the objective of the ECMO to cross and promote Pre 65 and Pre70 bikes.

For the riders this does not mean that they cannot ride internationally, the ECMX will give a warm welcome to the ECMO riders and they will organise various races and a competition on a European level. ECMX

We would therefore like to take this farewell to thank everyone who has contributed to the success of ECMO activities over the past 25 years.
