CLASSIC European Motocross Championship 2024 in Schwanenstadt

The Schwanenstadt Motorsport Association is taking on a new challenge this year. With the organisation of the ECMX Cup 2024 on 15 June 2024 Schwanenstadt is putting itself in the international spotlight as the Austrian organiser of this series.

This European Championship consists of three events and begins on 25 May in Sverepec, Slovakia, followed by Schwanenstadt, and on 27 July the final will take place in Culitzsch in Germany.

The ECMO "European Classic Motorsport Organisation" has already defined the participation criteria and classes at the end of 2023, and the entry option will be open from the start of 2024. To date, a huge amount of interest has developed in this series and the list of participants has now grown to over 150 drivers from 15 nations.

This much can already be revealed: The Austrian participants will play a huge role in this international field. Preparations in terms of fitness and technique are in full swing!

The series will be organised in 4 classes. Classic motorbikes up to 1973 Twin Shock motorbikes with 2 shock absorbers EVO motorbikes up to 1990 Super EVO motorbikes up to 1996

But that's not all! On Sunday, 16 June 2024 the former World Championship course in Niederholzham will host an Inter Prestige Race with prize money of 10,000 euros on the programme. There will also be an 85cc youth race and a race for hobby MX riders.
